Support Us
Through the financial support of foundations, corporations, government and individuals, ESC’s services are accessible to nonprofits throughout our region – regardless of their mission, size or budget. This support enables us to provide our affordable consulting and coaching services, and make a tremendous difference in the lives of individuals and families in our community.

CUSTOMIZED LEADERSHIP COHORT PROGRAMS
Through our Customized Leadership Cohort Programs, ESC works with partners – including foundations, corporations and community leaders – to increase their impact on the areas of need and organizations they care about most. Our partners are able to expand their community impact by providing nonprofits, together in a cohort, with customized coaching and training – strengthening their ability to achieve their philanthropic objectives and goals. SPONSORSHIP GRANTS
Thanks to our volunteer-based service model – and the generous support of our funders – ESC is able to provide affordable, high-quality, long-term coaching and consulting services to our nonprofit clients. However, many nonprofits are still unable to find space in their budgets even for ESC’s affordable fees. Sponsorship grants allow ESC to further reduce our fees for organizations in need – many of which provide services to the areas with the most critical need in our region.
To learn more about creating a customized leadership cohort program or making a sponsorship grant to ESC, please contact Di Lam, Interim Director of Development and Communications, at
