DW Parker

DW Parker joined ESC in June 2023. As Coordinator for Client Services, DW is responsible for
supporting business development and strategic growth for ESC’s Client Services team, assisting
and monitoring relationships with and between ESC clients and consultants, and creating and
maintaining resources in ESC’s database.

DW originates from New Orleans, LA., where they studied Public Health and healthcare
knowledge at Xavier University of Louisiana. During their field of study, they were part of
multiple non-profit organizations for over five years. One of the organizations included them
serving as a mentor for STEM NOLA by encouraging students from underrepresented
communities to pursue careers in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. They were
also heavily involved in collecting pandemic data to help educate Louisiana residents about the
importance of public health during the Coronavirus Pandemic.

DW has continued their commitment to nonprofit work in Los Angeles, CA. by operating
services to foster and homeless youth. Outside of ESC, DW participates in clothing and food
drives to assist those in need. They are immensely passionate about innovating dynamic
environments through analytical development, leadership connections, and project planning.
With their experience, they hope to bring cross-functional expertise to non-profits across
SOCAL!

Outside of work, DW enjoys yoga stretching and hiking with family and friends, as well as
learning how to surf since they’ve moved to California.
