Erin Tanenbaum

Erin Tanenbaum joined ESC in October 2022. As Vice President of Operations, she oversees daily operations, fund development, and internal and external communications. Erin serves as a member of the Senior Leadership Team, helping to set policy and the strategic direction of the organization.  

Erin is a proud native Angeleno and graduate of the 2022 EDLI class. Having spent her entire career in the nonprofit sector, she brings more than 20 years’ experience in providing leaders from the public, private, and community sectors with opportunities to best leverage their human and financial resources as stewards of change. Most recently Erin served as the Executive Director of the Southern California Leadership Network. Prior to that she developed awareness campaigns, raised funds, and created strategic partnerships for various organizations including the California Community Foundation, International Medical Corps, Southern California Grantmakers and the Venice Family Clinic.
